CAFE CHI MOON
Tibetan prayer flags flutter from a new cafe atop a koppie with dreamy views. A menagerie of farm dogs, ducks and bantams welcome you to the stoep of serene karma. This charmingly rustic venue serves vegan and vegetarian fare, with set meaty menus for carnivores too. Chill over a trio of curries - bean, chicken, Bengali chickpea and cauliflower - with a choice for dessert of pancakes made with or without eggs and local farm milk or home-made lemon icecream.

CAFE MAUDE
Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the tables scattered on the manicured lawns of the old white-washed homestead. Salads or ciabatta, tramezzini or pita pockets with yummy fillings (say bacon, avo, honey and sunflower seeds) or a cheese platter matched to wines grown in the very vineyards in front of you. The sweet and savoury pancakes are scrumptious - perfectly paired with the estate's award-winning bubbly.
