SEASONS
Set in majestic gardens with sweeping lawns, lake and paddocks, the elegant Victorian home now has a restaurant as well as a boutique wine cellar. The Duke of Wellington, Arthur Valerian Wellesley, was the guest of honour at a grand ball at the gracious country estate during a rare regal visit in February 2004. The winery at the heart of the Wellington renaissance matches its award-winning red wines with delectable souffl?and soups, lamb and liver, baby chicken and divine desserts.
